Pain & Recovery
Recovery is a process the body runs itself — from injury, from surgery, from training, from years of tension. These treatments are designed to give that process the best possible conditions.

Tissue Recovery

Recovery Programs
Some situations need more than a single appointment — they need a plan. A recovery program is a structured course of sessions with a goal, a rhythm and home care built in.

Kylie's recovery work draws on an unusually broad toolkit: diplomas in remedial massage, aromatherapy and reflexology, Dr Vodder manual lymphatic drainage, low level laser therapy and Hivamat deep oscillation — backed by 37 years of clinical practice and more than a decade teaching massage therapy and body treatments at TAFE.
That breadth matters because recovery is rarely one thing. A knee that is slow after surgery may involve swelling that wants lymphatic work, tissue that responds to laser, and guarding muscles that need careful massage. Rather than booking a single modality, you book a session — and Kylie combines what your body presents with on the day.
Every program starts with an Initial Assessment. If you are not sure whether this is the right kind of care for your situation, a free discovery call is the place to start.
